2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the informant, Santosh Rai, alleged that a few days ago there had been quarrel between his children and the children of Naresh Mahto. On that day, the petitioner threatened them. On 21.06.2019 Saurabh Kumar, son of the informant became traceless. Later, on 22.06.2019, his dead body was found in front of the house of the petitioner. When the informant enquired about the same, the son of the petitioner disclosed that his mother killed the son of the informant by pressing his neck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been made an accused in this case only on suspicion. The petitioner is a poor lady and has been rotting in judicial custody for more than six years. The petitioner is in custody since 23.06.20219 and till date, the case is pending for prosecution evidence and trial is not likely to be concluded in near future.
5. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S.
