The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No.24 of 2020 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to mistake in the certificate occurred by the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not filed any forged certificate for appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher. He also submits that only change in serial number of certificate is not likely to give any benefit to the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Case No.24 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
