JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 As the payment of gratuity, provident fund, leave encashment etc. have been paid to others till the year 2012-13 and since the petitioner is a retiree of the year 2014, he is entitled to beget such relief.
In view of the above, writ application is disposed of with direction upon the Managing Director, BISCOMAUN, that in case these payments if not released in favour of the petitioner then it must be done within a period of eight weeks. So far as arrears of salary is concerned that will be paid in chronological order in terms of the Division Bench decision. Writ is disposed of in terms of the above.
