Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Informant has alleged that her marriage was solemnized on 22.02.2017 with petitioner No. 1 but soon thereafter petitioners started demanding dowry and for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry she was being tortured. No.49090 of 2019(4) dt.09-01-2020 2/2 submitted in which the matter has been compromised and both parties have agreed through a memorandum of agreement that they will live together with their children and there will be no interference by the others in their personal life and the matter has been compromised.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioners named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, Petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below, in connection with S.C. No. 1258 of 2019 arising out of Complaint Case No. 364-C of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
