The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Yogapati P.S. Case No.444 of 2019 for offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 380, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Prevention of Witch Practices Act.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1, namely, Pannalal Mahato @ Dhengi Mahato has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application. Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory

So far as petitioner no.2, namely, Devi Mahato @ Devi Lal Mahato is concerned, it is submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault and there is general and omnibus allegation against her.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the application for anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner no.2, namely, Devi Mahato @ Devi Lal Mahato is allowed.
Accordingly, let petitioner no.2, namely, Devi Mahato @ Devi Lal Mahato, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapati P.S. Case No.444 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
