The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 675 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the accused persons including the petitioners is of committing murder of the sisterin-law of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged against them and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner No. 1 is the brother-in-law, petitioner No.2 is the sister-in-law and petitioner No.3 is the sister-in-law. There is no specific and direct allegation against the petitioners, rather the same is omnibus and general in nature. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. The marriage of the deceased was solemnized nine years ago and there is no compliant regarding torturing or demand of dowry to any court or forum prior to the alleged occurrence. Husband of the deceased is in custody. Petitioners bear clean antecedent. 5.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the
