2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got twenty four criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 16.03.2021.

4. The deceased was killed by unknown persons. During investigation, name of the petitioner has transpired and petitioner has confessed that he and his gang members killed the deceased due to dispute over some money. The petitioner has twenty four criminal antecedents.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52832 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
