Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Buxar (Town) P. S. case no. 571/2014 registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the IPC as well as 27 of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration that none has sustained any fire arms injury and case has already been compromised between the parties, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar (Town) P. S. case no. 571/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
