Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 118 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354-B, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the husband of the informant and the petitioner are own brothers and there is previous dispute between the parties, this anticipatory bail application is also allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7783 of 2021(2) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 118 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
