JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019 (corresponding to G.R. No. 422 of 2019) for the offenses under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they were involved in purchase of stolen Mobile at throw-away price knowing it to be stolen one.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 9.6.2019. They were not aware that the mobiles which they had purchased were looted mobiles.

No.48739 of 2019(2) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Arwal in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019 (corresponding to G.R. No. 422 of 2019), subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit Rs. 30,000/- (thirty thousand) cash each in addition to the two sureties each of Rs. 10,000/- which shall abide by the final outcome of the criminal case.
