The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 81 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-A), 25(1-B)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that on seeing the police party the accused, named in the first information report, including the petitioner, started to flee away, at that time, petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one revolver and two live cartridges were recovered.
Submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.03.2019. The police, on investigation, submitted the charge sheet against the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.47764 of 2019(4) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 81 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the condition that out of the two sureties, one must be either parent or close relative of the petitioner.
