2. This is the fourth attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 124 of 2024 (N.D.P.S. Case No. 13 of 2024) registered for the offence under Sections 21(b), 22(b), 27(a), 8(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 107.20 grams of Heroine has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Buxar /concerned Court below in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 124 of 2024 / N.D.P.S. Case No. 13 of 2024 / C.N.R. No. BRBU100044432024.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Shahpur Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
