2. The petitioner by filing the present application seeking initiation of a contempt proceeding against the contemnors-opposite parties for their alleged wilful defiance of the order dated 28.03.2016 passed by a Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 7224 of 2014, whereby a direction had been given to

Patna High Court MJC No.198 of 2017 dt.15-09-2023 2/2 the District Magistrate-cum- District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Banka to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 3 in which a categorical assertion has been made that in compliance of the order of this Court the meeting of the District Compassionate Appointment Committee was held and the name of the petitioner was recommended for his appointment on compassionate ground and finally he was appointed vide Order No. 1836/2018 Memo No. 4870/Ra. Ka., dated 27.11.2018.

4. In view of the averments made in the show cause as noted above, the present contempt application stands disposed of, having the order been complied with. (Harish Kumar, J) Anjani/- AFR/NAFR N.A.
