The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 100 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and some other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 (i)(x) of the SC/ST Act.

Vicky Kumar named the petitioners along with other accused persons and alleged that all the accused persons assaulted him along with other family members and abused by naming his caste.

It is submitted that there is counter version, the Complaint Case no. 1137 C of 2014. The petitioner no. 1 also gave

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2897 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 informatory petition to the Superintendent of Police on 25.08.2014, prior to the filing of this case disclosing that the informant and others assaulted her and her family members. It appears that the petitioners are ladies and there is case and counter case, no specific allegation is made against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 100 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
