Petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr.No.115/2018/09/2018 arising out of Kasma P.S.Case No.50 of 2010 registered for the offences under Sections 324, 325, 326, 379, 307/34, 302 of the I.P.C.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.05.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.18567 of 2018 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that charge has been framed, other co-accused persons have already been extended the privilege of bail by this Hon'ble Court but the petitioner was since absconding he could not be granted bail. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Aurangabad, in S.Trail No.115 of 2018/09/2018 arising out of Kasma P.S. Case No.50 of 2010 subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors must be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court. (ii) the petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence and the petitioner shall co-operate in disposal of the trail and make himself available as and when required by the court, otherwise, his bail bond shall be cancelled (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) AnilKrSinha/- U
