The prayer is for making payment of admitted dues of Rs. 16,30,160/- (Sixteen lakh thirty thousand and one hundred sixty rupees).
It has been fairly submitted by the Mr. Prasoon Sinha, learned Counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation that if fresh representation is preferred by him alongwith the bills, the same shall be considered and an appropriate decision will be taken within a period of six weeks.
In view of the said fair submission, the writ petition
Patna High Court CWJC No.15844 of 2019(3 ) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to prefer a representation within two weeks from today which shall be considered and an appropriate decision will be taken within next six weeks.
It is made clear that if the corporation comes to a decision that the some payment has to be made to the petitioner, the same shall be cleared within a period of next three weeks of the order passed.
