Appellants apprehends their arrest in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 67 of 2020 dated 05.05.2020, registered for the offence punishable u/s 447, 341, 323, 427, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC read with Sections 3(i)(r)/3(i)(s) of the SC/ST Act , pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Araria.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

Permission is granted.

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4367 of 2021(3) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the appellants surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
