Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 364, 450, 506, 372, 373, 374, 120(B), 376(D)(B) of IPC, Sections 3,4,5,6,7, 8 of the Immoral Traffic Act, Sections 4,17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Sections 75 and 81 of the Juvenile Justice (J.J.)Act.

In view of the report of the learned Trial Court dated 13.12.2022 reveals that the case is pending for prosecution

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52014 of 2022(6) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 witness and Victim, Doctor and Investigating Officer have been examined in this case and only two prosecution witnesses have to be examined.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Bettiah (Mahila) P.S.Case No.29 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Special Judge POCSO-cum-A.D.J.-VI, West Champaran, Bettiah.

Prayer is refused.

However, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
