JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 21.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kako P. S. case no. 130/2012 registered under section 364/34 of the IPC.

The complainant is mother-in-law of daughter of the petitioners and admittedly, much prior to filing of the present case, daughter of petitioners filed Complaint Case No. 721 of 2010 against informant of the present case and others.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2853 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
