2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 180 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 364/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant is regularly filing cases against the petitioner and others. Earlier she had filed Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 152 of 2023 for the kidnapping of her daughter and subsequently, she entered into a settlement.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that here also, the boy in question has been kidnapped

6. The petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2024.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Banka/concerned Court below in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 180 of 2023.

9. The relevant judgment to the case of the petitioner produced by the learned counsel of the petitioner is taken on record.
