The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Forest Case No. 13 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 33(1)(b) and (c) of the Indian Forest (Bihar Amendment) Act, 1989.

It is submitted that the prosecution report states that the petitioner was having license for mining, but it is alleged that the petitioner has got the area demarcated for his own mining and he was mining in the area for which he has not got license. Considering the facts aforesaid, and the fact that the petitioner has got license for mines in Bodh-chak area, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3160 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Forest Case No. 13 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
