2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., on account of old enmity, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, armed with lathi, danda and desi katta, abused and assaulted informant and his family members. It is further alleged that this petitioner inflicted iron rod blow upon informant causing head injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that injury allegedly caused by this petitioner is simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the simple injury and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P. S. Case No. 408 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
