Petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahua P.S. case No. 96 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are Gotias and there is land dispute between them. The injury report does not support the prosecution case. Learned counsel for the informant submits that injury sustained by the informant is possibly caused on account of fire arms.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 1.5.2018.

Considering the totality of facts situation, let the

No.36248 of 2018(4) dt.25-07-2018 2/2 petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail after 01.08.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018.
