2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan Town (Sarai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 260 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased. Three persons of the family of Md. Shahjad Ali were killed 15 to 20 years back. Except for the confessional statement of the co-accused Md. Shahjad, there is no material against the petitioner who is in jail since 10.05.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58849 of 2024(3) dt.06-02-2025 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Siwan Town (Sarai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 260 of 2021, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
