It transpires from the order dated 02.03.2023, that the counsel for the petitioner again sought adjournment and as a matter of last indulgence, Court has granted time to the counsel for the petitioner.

Today, upon repeated calls, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

In this view of the matter, it transpires to this Court that petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter, therefore, this case is hereby dismissed.

Patna High Court CR. REV.
