Sanjay, Senior Advocate has appeared along with Sri Rajesh Kumar Agrawal, the owner of the vehicle, who states that the vehicle has been returned to him in the same condition in which it was seized after getting the same repaired.

2. In view of the statement made by Sri Agrawal expressing satisfaction about the condition of the vehicle, we are not proceeding to sentence the opposite party and the proceedings are closed.

3. The contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
