The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with a case registered under sections 30(d), 33 and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 30.7.2021 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no.11870 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail on completing 1 year in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 6.10.2020 Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the liberty granted to the petitioner in the earlier order of rejection dated 30.7.2021 and the period in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62365 of 2021(2) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 custody of the petitioner , the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Special Case no. 2903 of 2020 (arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case no. 86 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna.
