This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 128 of 2018 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation against the petitioner is that he and his wife assaulted the informant, the sister-in-law of the petitioner, by dab. The petitioner caused injury on the shoulder, thumb and index finger.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is the wife of his younger brother and there is case and counter case from both sides due to family dispute. The injury caused on the person of the informant attributed to the

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as well as that the petitioner has clean antecedent, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Manjhagarh P.S.
