2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 801/2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/36/37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 20 liters of illicit liquor. The petitioner is in jail since 29.06.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in jail since 29.06.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55739 of 2024(2) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ex. Spl. Judge Excise, Patna City/ concerned court in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 801/2022.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Alamganj police station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
