2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 720 of 2022 registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased had died due to indiscriminate firing. The petitioner is one of the criminal who have participated in the firing. The petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2023.
5. Mr. Praveen Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52431 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 informant submits that the trial has began and two witnesses has been examined till date.
6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
7. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
8. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
