This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 419 of 2017 for offences under Section 341, 323, 308, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is that, on account of enmity, quarrel took place and the petitioner hit the head of the informant with a piece of brick causing injury over the head.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both sides are agnates and in fact, she sustained injury by falling of the brick over head and the same is mentioned in the discharge summary report issued by the Neuro Surgery Department, King George University Lucknow and the petitioner is a lady and has

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 419 of 2017. to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
