The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 354(a)/354(b)/506 of the I.P.C. As per the F.I.R., this petitioner tried to outrage the modesty of sister-in-law (uun) of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated by the informant and no such occurrence, as alleged in the F.I.R., has taken place. In fact, wife of the petitioner has also lodged a case against informant and her family members, vide Paru P.S. Case No. 331 of 2021, under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(r) of the SC/ST Act and with a view to take revenge and put pressure, this case has been lodged against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 23.08.2021.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61326 of 2021(2) dt.14-02-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paru P.S. Case No. 330 of 2021.
