JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-08-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 23.4.2018, seeks bail in Bihta PS Case No. 13 of 2018 registered under Sections 363 and 366/34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the accusation and the statement of the informant's wife reflected that it was a case of elopement as the wife of the informant eloped and went to Mumbai along with the petitioner and thereafter returned back.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Amit Kumar @ Aditya Raj Kasera @ Amit Raj Kasera is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM lst Danapur in connection with Bihta PS Case No. 13 of 2018.
