2. The present Cr. Revision petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 25.10.2019 whereby learned Family Court, Katihar, has passed the order in Maintenance Case No. 141 of 2017 whereby learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Katihar, has directed the petitioner herein to pay maintenance to his wife/Nurseba Khatoon, @ 3,000/- per month.

3. However, the present Revision petition has been filed after delay of one year nine months and there is no statement that the petitioner has paid even a single paisa

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.666 of 2021(3) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 towards her maintenance. Moreover, there is no cogent and satisfactory explanation for inordinate delay. Hence, the application for condonation of delay is liable to be dismissed.

3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as time barred.

4. Let a copy of this order be sent to learned Family Court, Katihar, to enforce the order impugned, if it is not enforced.
