2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act registered in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner, a person of clean antecedents, has been falsely implicated. In any event he agrees to deposit an amount of Rs.1,000/- per month regularly for the benefit of OP No. 2.

4. Learned counsel for the complainant appears and has been heard.

In that view of the matter, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 12.11.2014 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2014 is hereby confirmed with condition that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- per month regularly before the learned Court below which shall be available for withdrawal by OP No. 2 and upon failure to deposit any two consecutive instalments, his bail bond shall stand automatically cancelled.
