2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act registered in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 380 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and reiterates his commitment to keep the OP No. 2 with due dignity and honour.

4. Despite service of notice on OP No. none appears on her behalf when the matter is called today.

5. In that view of the matter, the provisional bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40515 of 2014 (4) dt.16-12-2015 granted to the petitioner by order dated 04.03.2015 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 380 of 2014 is hereby confirmed.
