2. Learned Counsel for the State submits that vide order no.4 dated 09.01.2025, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned. Counsel further submits that petitioner has earlier moved before this Hon'ble Court in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.1940 of 2013 and further in Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No.5304 of 2013 and in the light of decision passed by this Hon'ble Court in the said CWJC and MJC, petitioner has no case at all. And today also,

Patna High Court CWJC No.3908 of 2017(5) dt.03-04-2025 2/2 no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In this view of the matter, it transpires to this Court that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this case and therefore, this writ petition is hereby dismissed due to non prosecution.
