Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Session Trial No. 214 of 2020 (Arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 472 of 2019) instituted for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2019, a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant alleges that he hired one Pickup Van for carry coins worth Rs. 18,41,000/- for Patna to Ranchi on 16.07.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR was against unknown and name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Ramdev Prasad, who has been granted bail by learned court below. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted and petitioner is with clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Danapur, Patna in connection with Sessions Case No. 214 of 2020 (Arising out of Naubatpur P.S.
