The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Amas P.S. Case No. 127 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 212, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

The police apprehended one person Ram Bilas Singh and from his possession one motorcycle and other articles were recovered. Ram Bilas Singh is said to have disclosed that the petitioner asked him to handover the material to the leader of M.C.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as has been stated in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7409 of 2015 (2) dt.23-02-2015 2/2 paragraph-3 of the bail petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the so-called confessional statement of a person namely Ram Bali Singh and no further material is collected, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Prasad, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 127 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
