This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Gopalpur P.S. Case No.165 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

About 157 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a car.

The petitioners are in custody since 18.07.2023 and they have clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released
