In view of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Netaji Subhash Engineering Institute of Technology & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors (L.P.A. No. 729 of 2017) decided on 13.09.2017, which has been approved by the Apex Court, the Court is not inclined to grant any indulgence to the petitioners, as the candidates were not recommended by the Nalanda Open University, the Nodal Agency for the purpose of admission in B.Ed.
