Patna High Court MA No.35 of 2015 dt.29-04-2015 2/2 consent we permit the appellant to withdraw Guardianship Case No. 50 of 2010, pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, as parties have agreed that custody of Arquam Nayaz shall be with the appellant.

Appellant has also agreed that he shall allow his son to visit the house of his maternal grandfather, which is very near to the house of the appellant so that Respondent No. 1, mother of the child, is able to meet her son on 1st, 3rd Sunday of every month between 10:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.

This appeal is, accordingly, disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
