The petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2018 in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 102/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/ 149/337/323/435/436/427/307/332/333/353/153-A/295-A/379/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there was an incident of stone pelting while the procession was crossing the Muslim area and some people are said to have been injured. It is submitted that the petitioner was only bystander and that he has been roped in only because he was a member of the crowd. There is no specific allegation against the present petitioner.

No.43059 of 2018 (3) dt.24-07-2018 2/2 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is said to be merely a member of the crowd, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 102/18.
