It transpires to this Court that, vide order dated 03.04.2025, on the joint request of the parties, the matter was adjourned and four weeks' time was granted, with a specific direction that no further adjournment shall be granted in this case, considering that the present matter is of the year 2017. Today, despite repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In this background, it transpires to this Court that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this writ application, therefore, this Court has no option left but to pass an order in

4. Accordingly, the present writ application stands dismissed due to non-prosecution.
