No.20664 of 2019 with submission that the parentage of the petitioner no.1 (Sima Devi) has been mentioned as 'wife of Sri Choudhary' in the title portion of the order and he has filed the modification application on oath describing parentage of the petitioner no.1. In view of the facts as stated above, order dated 5.7.2019 is modified and the parentage of the petitioner no.1 (Sima Devi) be read as 'wife of Ashok Choudhary' in place of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49297 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 'wife of Sri Choudhary' and other parts of the order shall remain intact .

Let this order be communicated to the court concerned at once.

Further one week's time from the date of order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender .
