2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 745 of 2019 arising out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and is accused of killing his wife.

4. He is in jail since 15.2.2019.

5. Out of 8 charge-sheeted witnesses, six chargesheeted witnesses have been examined.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Masaurhi at Patna/concerned Court below in connection with S.Tr. No. 745 of 2019 arising out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close blood relative.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
