2. This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed against the order dated 13.11.2014 passed in Trial No. 1674 of 2012 arising out of Majorganj P.S. Case No. 89 of 2012, whereby the leaned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, framed the charge, under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, against the accused-petitioners on perusal of the case diary and the materials available on record.

3. On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality in the impugned order amounting to abuse of the process of
