The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fulwariya P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section-290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-47(a) of the Excise Act.

Taking into consideration that in huge quantity, countrymade and foreign liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner, I do not think it proper to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Fulwariya P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014 pending in the court of Sri Deo Priya Kumar, J.M. Ist Class, Begusarai/concerned court stands rejected. However, if, the petitioner surrenders in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3937 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 below and seeks regular bail, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the learned court below at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
