Petitioner no.1 is the mother of petitioner no.2 and the deceased was the father of the informant and it is alleged that petitioner no.2 Sujeet Kumar @ Golu asked the father of the informant that he was required by his mother, i.e., petitioner no.1. Accordingly, the deceased went away and subsequently the informant got the information that his father was serious. He went and brought his father for taking him to a doctor when his father was giving out that he had been poisoned.

The submission was that he was not naming anyone but as appears from the very allegation the deceased had been in the company of petitioner no.1 and had been called to come by petitioner no.2. It does not appear a case for anticipatory bail in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3632 of 2015 (4) dt.02-07-2015 2 / 2 light of the statement given by the deceased. Let the petitioners surrender and pray for regular bail.

The petition is dismissed.
