2.The petitioner has moved the Court against his suspension order but the admitted position today is that during the pendency of the writ petition, the suspension has been revoked and final order has been passed in the departmental proceeding by which certain penalties have been imposed.
3. In view of the aforesaid, in the considered opinion of the Court, the present writ petition has become infructuous as the suspension already stands revoked and there is also a
Patna High Court CWJC No.3773 of 2016 (3) dt.05-09-2017 2/2 substantive order in the departmental proceeding against the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to assail the final order passed against him in the departmental proceeding, in accordance with law, before the appropriate authority/forum. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) S.Sb/- U
